Focuses on immediate first-aid response to common workplace injuries and illnesses.

WHO IS THIS QUALIFICATION FOR?
This qualification has been developed for those already working, or preparing to work, in the industry and who have been identified in the company’s first aid risk assessment as being required to provide first aid in the workplace.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
This international qualification would be typically delivered to learners through a 1-day training course (6 hours).
TOPICS COVERED:
Topics covered include the role and responsibilities of a first-aider, assessing an incident, unresponsive casualties (breathing and not breathing), choking, shock and minor injuries.
CERTIFICATION:
Upon successful completion, learners will receive the Level 3 International Award in Emergency First Aid at Work, jointly certified by Trainex Skills Hub and Highfield Qualifications.
This qualification is also approved by KHDA (Knowledge and Human Development Authority) and demonstrates compliance with local and international first aid standards
